With experience that includes a 30-year career in IT, Cale excels at developing, implementing, and maintaining open-source solutions in diverse data center environments. The entrepreneur founded and operated an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company in 1993 and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm in 2005. Cale specializes in IT infrastructure, data centers, networks, and open-source solutions. His extensive background led to the founding and development of secure, next-generation solutions at ModTechAI in 2022. His experience includes projects for Herff Jones, Wurth, Hickory Farms, Lids, Delphi Automotive, Longaberger Baskets, and others.
Connie has spent the past year delving into AI and how to utilize it with care, consideration, and tenacity. She operates her own Indianapolis-based creative services agency. With over two decades of experience in digital communication and marketing campaigns, she specializes in building local and national brands. Connie engages in a dynamic, collaborative approach to market research, strategy, planning, and execution. As a passionate designer, photographer, and entrepreneur, she has delivered exceptional outcomes for her clients, including the State of Indiana, Indianapolis Airport Authority, IndyParks, Klipsch, and CEDIA. Connie is a board advisor for the Greenways Foundation of Indiana and an emeritus board member of Dress for Success Indianapolis.
Stef has over 25 years of IT experience in the civilian, government, academic, and military sectors. Seeing projects through from beginning to end, Stef champions ongoing process improvements and best practice programs. Coming up with innovative solutions, Stef has applied a passion for great user experiences and optimal outcomes at companies such as T-Mobile, Willis Towers Watson, SAIC, and the Johns Hopkins University Press.
